The hotel offers excellent rooms that were spotless with very friendly staff, although some areas like heating and lighting explanation could use improvement. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center and close to many shops and restaurants. Dining experience was a bit of a letdown with poor quality products used, but service was delightful overall.
The hotel offers nice rooms with a hot and powerful shower, along with lovely large white hand and bath towels. The hand soap and shower gel were of good quality being provided through dispensers on the wall. However, it can be noisy during parties. The air conditioning keeps the rooms cool in the summer.
The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the city center and station, making it convenient for exploring Peterborough. The rooms are decent, albeit a bit dated, but the service is friendly and welcoming. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a mix of self-service continental and cooked breakfast. The location is convenient, although the hot breakfast is available only upon request. The facilities are average, and the hotel offers a mix of classic Italian dishes.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were lovely and very clean, offering a quiet oasis despite the busy road nearby. However, being close to the housekeeping supply cupboard meant some early morning disruptions. The heating left me a bit cold even after adjustment, which was a minor inconvenience.
